It’s like we were waiting for an earthquaqe 
) You know it’s coming but you’re not exactly aware of what is to happen. This was almost the same with our dear Iashington. The days before were full of emotions, stress but in the same time with a large doze of excitement. After all, we had to see the results of more than 6 months of work and planning.
The Days Before = working all day long.
The juice boxes are here: get them down from the truck. Put them in the elevator [best case scenario]. Get them to B614 Room [also called Resources Room - doesn't sound to you like nuclear stuff?:))]. The juice was nothing. One day, we received a huge fridge, about 100 200 kilos, where we were supposed to store the things. 5 guys were sacrificed to carry the fridge the Beast on the stairs.
We can’t find wood for Bruno Medicina’s firewalking session. With less than 1 day before the firewalking we hadn’t any wood. And we started looking and looking. We also went to Carrefour, to the Gardening Section to ask for some wood. A shop assistant comes to us: – For a nice barbecue, right? – Actually, for a firewalking session 
! Should have seen the guy’s face =)) Finally we handled the situation pretty well and we managed to organize a fine Barbecue, sorry, Firewalking session! Besides some blisters no one was hurt.
Saturday, with a day before the delegates’ arrival, a quarter of AIESEC’ members we’re in the C1 dorms. We gathered for a drink to whipe the dust from the rooms, checking the hot water and room lights..
